A reminder that there is no school for students on Friday, Feb. 17th, Monday and Tuesday, February 20th and 21st. We resume classes again on Wednesday, February 22nd, 2023.
The Lakeview Board of Education this past Monday night hired Mr. Ryan Stowell to be the Lakeview Elementary School Principal and Mr. Ron DeJulio, to be the Assistant K-8 Principal starting with the 2023/2024 school year upon my retirement. It has been an honor to be the Lakeview Elementary Principal for the past 18 years and I will miss the students, families and staff, but I know retirement will bring new adventures. Congratulations to Mr. Stowell and Mr. DeJulio and I know they will be fantastic!

Congratulations to our students selected to recieve a book from the book machine this week: Avery, Autumn, Lane, Pria, Dominic, Meilanna, Charlie, Reagan, Emarie, and Kyaiden. Thanks to our PTO for allowing us to select more students each week to receive a book!
Thanks to our wonderful PTO for organizing our Valentine's Day Party. They had so many options for the students, including the red cups to stack, which is always a hit! It is a lot of work to organize and we are so appreciative!
If you still have a student to sign up for kindergarten for the 23/24 school year, please see the flyer below for more information. The two main requirements are that you must live in the Lakeview School District and your child must be five years old by August 1st, 2023.
