Cortland Moose Lodge Donation

In a heartwarming show of community support, the Cortland Moose Lodge has donated $12,000 to the Bulldog Food Pantry at Lakeview Local Schools, a contribution aimed at helping students and their families facing food insecurity. This generous donation was presented to the district by one of our former bus drivers, Karen Boyles. This donation marks a significant boost for the food pantry's ongoing efforts to support local families in need.

The Bulldog Food Pantry, which provides essential food items to Lakeview Local School District families, has become a vital resource for many, especially during times of economic hardship. The donation from the Cortland Moose Lodge will help the pantry expand its reach and ensure that students have access to nutritious meals and other necessities throughout the year.

The donation comes at a critical time, as the food pantry is facing an increased demand during the holiday months. According to pantry coordinator Margie Petrunia, the gift will help purchase additional food supplies, including fresh produce, non-perishable goods, and hygiene items, all of which are essential for families struggling to make ends meet.
